Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar wired the want to create a Himalayan grid to unravel the issues of the Himalayan states after inaugurating a three-day HIM Samvaad- “Trans Himalayan Convention on Localised Answers and Implementation Technique” organised at Dr Y S Parmar College of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, lately.
Nauni College, Sewa Global, Prakritik Kheti Khushal Kisan Yojana and Indian Ecological Society are collectively setting up the convention.
